Brian Topp

Brian Topp is Chair of the Broadbent Institute’s Board of Directors and he is a partner at GT & Company. He is a member of the board of the Broadbent Institute; a fellow at the Public Policy Forum; and teaches at McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy.

He served as chief of staff to Alberta Premier Rachel Notley; deputy chief of staff to Saskatchewan Premier Roy Romanow; and national campaign director to federal NDP leader Jack Layton.
