Stephanie Nakitsas

Stephanie Nakitsas is the Principal Secretary to the Leader of the Opposition of Ontario, Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles. She has previously worked on coordinating campaigns at CUPE Ontario. Before that she was Chief of Staff to Toronto City Councillor Mike Layton. She has also worked as a campaign director, college teacher, and was a co-founder of the Urban Worker Project to advocate for freelance, contract and other precarious workers. 

Her specialty is developing and implementing winning grassroots issue based campaigns. Stephanie has used her experience to mentor new activists and leaders.

Stephanie has a Masters of Political Science and Bachelor of Education from York University.
