Laurie Antonin is a bilingual (English and French) campaign strategist and digital organizing leader. She has more than a decade of experience building programs that mobilize workers and strengthen labour’s political power. After beginning her career with Teamsters Canada, she joined the Canadian Labour Congress, where she leads national campaigns and develops digital and outreach strategies that engage hundreds of thousands of workers across the country.

Laurie is known for designing practical organizing models that help unions grow their reach and build power in their communities. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Action Network, guiding the strategic development of one of North America’s leading building worker power platforms. Since 2023, Laurie has been Vice President of the New Democratic Party of Canada, where her work focuses on political governance and building a party by workers for workers.
